Before the meeting started the assembled members had time to sit down and have a chat or a bite to eat or to wander round and have a look at the exhibits.
     
London Road Models, Brassmasters, Scalefour Stores and Exactoscale were present to provide some retail opportunities.
     
Two layouts were on show: the first Callowland, based on the section of of the St. Albans branch between Watford and North station and the A41 road bridge.
As you can see a strange timewarp was in force on Saturday as
LNWR met BR
     
     
     
   
     
The other layout was Ray Hammond's Buntingham: a small terminus based on Buntingford on the old GER in Hertfordshire and built to S4 rather than P4 standards.
